Services at The Story Station
At The Story Station, we understand that reading is more than just a skill—it’s a gateway to
language development, critical thinking, empathy, cognitive growth, and enhanced
communication. Our programs are designed to cultivate these essential abilities from a young
age, ensuring that children grow into insightful and capable individuals.
Our Programs

1. Read for the Love of Reading
We believe in instilling a deep love for reading from the earliest stages of a
child’s development. Our programs are crafted to make reading an enjoyable
and enriching experience for both children and their caregivers.
Parent-Toddler Program
Monthly storytelling, puppetry, music movement, and language development sessions for children and their parents/caregivers. This program also trains and mentors new parents to connect with their children through effective storytelling.
Early Reading Program
Aimed at pre-primary children, this program uses stories as a medium for activities, interactive games, and reading to build foundational reading skills. It also introduces children to a mini reading club where they can read together and exchange books.
Book Club
Designed for children aged 7-13, divided into two groups, our book club explores a multilingual literary world of various genres. Activities include reading together, discussions, reviews, critiquing, and author meets.
Theme-Based Storytelling Sessions
Popular sessions include Pyjama Storytime, Spyology workshops, author meets, illustration sessions, and open mic events.
The Math Lab Comprehension
This unique program makes math fun and accessible through stories, puzzles, quizzes, and treasure hunts, helping children overcome their fear of math and improve their comprehension.
History Alive

2. Read to Be Read

- Author’s desk – For the children who love spinning stories, we mentor and guide them to create their work of words. We also engage with online publishing & guiding with publishing.

3. Read to Express
Our Theatre programs for age 5-15 are not stage centric, lime light driven shows but a journey through what real Theatre is. Story selection to script writing, Screenplay to Audition, Backstage management to costume design. Theatre Academy at The Story Station is a one stop experience to understand that the beauty of theatre is not just in the grand finale but also the journey to create the magical experience.
